Since every piece we create is customized, it’s difficult to tell how much it’s going to cost without knowing a little bit more about what you are envisioning. The easiest way to get an estimate on your piece is to start a consultation with us! With just a bit of information, we can provide you with a rough estimate very quickly. Once we have the final design that you approve, we can offer you an exact price.

Is custom jewelry more expensive?

Not really! While our jewelry is all custom designed and crafted to incredibly high standards, we are able to keep our prices low because we have fewer overhead costs as an online based company with a small team, source materials directly, work efficiently. We believe the experience of getting something crated just for you should be accessible to everyone and EVERMADE is committed to transparency and fairness.

How long does it normally take?

Typically, we'll deliver your custom piece to you within 3-4weeks after finalizing the design. Because each custom piece is different, the time it takes to create may vary depending on the complexity of the design. Here's a rough breakdown of how long each part of our process takes:

Design

This can take as long as you need! Some clients only need to exchange only a couple of emails with us and others prefer to take it slow and work with us over many weeks or even months.

Production

Roughly 3-4 weeks - Once the design is approved, we'll handcraft your piece.

Shipping

1-3 days - We offer free shipping within the US via FedEx or USPS.

Where will my jewelry be made?

We are based in New Jersey and your custom piece will be crafted at our vetted & trusted manufacturers in the US depending on the unique nature and needs of each request.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

Absolutely! All our sourced and sold diamonds are Kimberley Process compliant, established in 2003 to prevent the financing of civil wars in Africa and around the world. This process mandates each diamond supply chain actor to guarantee the conflict-free status of the diamond, which is validated by a government-certified Kimberley Process Certificate. If you require additional assurance, we recommend lab-created diamonds!

Do you offer lab-created diamonds and gems?

Yes! A lab-created diamond or gem can be a great choice, both budget friendly and sustainable.

What forms of payment do you offer?

We accept ACH/bank transfers, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, any major credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). We also offer installment payment with Affirm and Klarna.

How will my order shipped?

We usually use Fedex express service or USPS Priority Mail fully insured for your peace of mind. You will be updated a tracking number for you follow the shipping route and progress of the shipment.

What is your return policy?

Every piece we create is customized and all of our diamonds and gemstones are purchased specifically for it. For that reason, we are unable to take it back once the payment is made. Please remember that we make sure that there are no surprises and the jewelry piece matches the approved design exactly. You will get to review and approve the photorealistic 3D renders before the piece is crafted. We are very confident that you will be satisfied with your custom jewelry!

How do I protect my custom jewelry from loss or damage?

We recommend insuring the custom jewelry under a homeowners, renters, or individual jewelry insurance policy. Insurance is particularly important for engagement rings with valuable center stones.
